Brief Answer:
Get Ultrasound abdomen done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX. Your Doctor is treating you correctly with acid decreasing medicines. I would advice you to continue the medicines but also get an Ultrasound of the abdomen and Pelvis done if it has not already been done. If it has been done please let us know the report.
Also, Please tell us
1. Whether the pain is related in any way to your menstrual periods or not.
2. Does it have any relation to your bowel movements or urination?
3. Are your bowel movements and color normal?
4. Does the vomitus contain things you have eaten or drank or is it green or brown?
5. Does the pain come in waves like increasing suddenly and then going down?
Answers to these questions along with an Ultrasound will help us in arriving at a Diagnosis of your problem. Take care and we will look forward to your response.
