Brief Answer:
Lumbar canal stenosis. Needs medication, Xray, MRI

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

It appears that you may be having typical symptoms of lumbar canal stenosis. This can be cruse by arthritis and degeneration of the spine.

I advise you to avoid bending forwards or lifting weights. Apply hot packs to the painful regions intermittently. Take Tablet Diclofenac with Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days after meals and Tablet Ranitidine 150mg twice a day for 5 days before meals.

Get an Xray and MRI of the lumbosacral spine and kindly review with me.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Regards,

Dr. Aashish Raghu
