Question : I have serious lower back pain on both sides. What would you recommend?

Hello and sorry you are having pain.

Low back pain on the sides can be from different things.

Is the pain in the kidney area (flanks) which are in back at the sides above the hips/below the waist? Is it a deep achy pain and are you having a fever, nausea or any urinary symptoms?

Or does the pain feel more muscular, and hurt when you move your back in certain directions? Did you recently do some activity that involved your back and may have strained it? Is the pain more on the far sides near the sides of the hips, or closer around your vertebral column.

How long has this been going on?
What makes it worse?
