Made worse when being still . Impossible to sleep .
Right side . Over hip area. 3 days now

L 4-5 fused with plate

It's possible that there's could be a problem with the implant stability of the could be infection or acute slip disc.
I would suggest you wear a Lumbosacral spine frame or belt. Do get an Xray and if possible get yourself examined by your Doctor to rule out infection.
