Brief Answer:
The pain may be due to some heavy lifting you did or a viral infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to HCM,

The pain may be due to some heavy lifting you did or a viral infection.

The rash may be due to a viral infection too, unless you took a pain killer ?

Please take--
analgesic tablet like Ibuprofen (Brufen/Motrin) 400mg twice a day after food along with Omeprazole (before food) to prevent acidity, and Fexofenadine 120 -- all for three days.

If you do not improve in a day, please consult your doctor.

You can also use a lumbar belt, a local pain killer cream and apply ice to the lower back.
You can revert back--if any further queries
Regards
