Question : Can I be entering menopause even though my periods are still coming? I'm having the mood swings and hot flashes and depression. I'm 37.

As you are 37 yrs. old, it is quite early to go on menopausal stage.These symptoms caused by hormonal imbalance and it may be starting off your pre-menopausal stage(a stage before menopause).
You can take a high protein and low carbohydrate diet.
Do some yoga and meditation.
Take a lot of fruits and vegetables and green tea.
