Question: I have a 41 F experiencing severe muscle cramps in varying locations of her body. Hand, foot, back at different times and locations. These cramps are severe and must be either massaged or stretched out. In many cases the cramp will reverse and hyperflex the offending hand and foot. She just had bloodwork done 2 days ago and they found no deficiencies any ideas?
