Brief Answer:
some suggestions

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Some muscle pains like statins for cholesterol can cause muscle pains. You should talk to your doctor and see if any of your medications may be causing the problem.
It is not likely the eye medications or sweets causing the problem.
Three things commonly contribute to leg pains at night. One is a relative dehydration so make sure you drink enough water and avoid caffeine, tobacco and alcohol.
The second thing is not enough movement. Some walking and stretching every day can help keep muscles in good shape.
The third thing is not enough vitamins or minerals. Taking a multivitamin with minerals daily may help get rid of this problem.
I wish you the best,
Dr. Robinson
