Hi,
Welcome to healthcare Magic.

I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

Because of the nausea you are not eating well and you are feeling sick. Try to eat food that is not spicy , oily or has smell like toast, bread etc.

Eat small quantities at frequent intervals like every 2 hours. Eat the food that you like. Don't drink water immediately after eating food. wait for 15 minutes or so and then drink water.

Take Ginger powder 250 mg daily in divided doses. Some of them tolerate ice cream very well. Try eating ice cream. Take vitamin B6 50 mg daily along with folic acid.

If these measures do not reduce the nausea discuss with your doctor and take medicines ( meclizine, metaclopromide etc) to stop nausea.

I hope this helps. If you have further concerns, do write to me. I will be happy to answer.

With best wishes,
Dr Rama.
