                                    Brief Answer:
Nausea is ominous symptom and not vomits
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You should be happy that the pregnancy test turned positive but it is good to confirm with an ultrasound of the abdomen to look for foetal pole and heart beat. Generally done at 6-7 weeks of pregnancy.
Nausea is an ominous symptom but vomiting is not regular. So do not be disheartened.
Since you have all the symptoms and importantly positive pregnancy test at home you should be positive minded.
All the best. If you do not have any more queries please close and rate my answer.
