Question : my son is having severe naseau and is getting numb and having slight ringing in the ears. He cannot vomit and it comes and goes every 10 minutes
Brief Answer:
His symptoms are due to middle ear infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear.Thanks for your query.
As per your description, I were to suspect middle ear pathology like collection of fluid in the middle ear due to infection which is common in this age group.
I would do an ENT examination and start on empirical antibiotic therapy along with mucolytics.Suggest to consult an ENT specialist as early as possible for further evaluation and management.
Hope this answers your query. Will him a faster and successful recovery.
