After Wisdom teeth removal, I was diagnosed with TMJ. This pain is entirely different. It seems to start at the jaw below the eye and is up to the jaw joint

Neuralgia
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the information.
You have been already taking medicines. If you still have pain you can visit an ENT SPECIALIST and get an infraorbital block done. You should get a MRI head done to rule out any other cause for pain.
Also take tablet pregabalin once daily for few days.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
Any further questions are always welcome.
Take care
Thanks and regards
