Question: I fell off of a step ladder and hurt bottom and top of leg, It now has extreme bruising and hurts a lot to touch and I cant sleep on that side. I don't have pain when walking should I see a doctor

I have read your query.

You must visit orthopedic surgeon, he may advise you xray of that part and certain medication like painkillers or anti-inflammatory.

You can also send me report of xray he advise you, for your second opinion.

Sometimes there may be hairline fracture along with soft tissue injury and pain appear or increase after some days, I.e why you need xray.

Till then take rest and have tab.aceclofenac100mg+serratiopeptidase15mg thrice a day by prescription of your family doctor as this medicine is not over the counter.
