What Causes Severe Pain And Burning Sensation While Walking And Standing?

Question: I have burning and severe pain and burning sensation while standing upright or walking. this started Sunday morning and continues through today. The pain is just at the top of my outer right pelvis and wraps from front to back.

As you have burning and pain most probable reason of such symptoms is nerve compression.
The compression can be in the spine area or in the pelvis area. You may have back pain if its spine issue.
The burning can appear in particular position only. Its more characteristic for compression in the pelvis.

First of all you need to have physical examination performed by an orthopedist. Secondly, spine and pelvis MRI should be done.
Temporal relief can be achieved by physical therapy (massages for example).
