Diagnosis depends on the site of the pain.If the pain is in the midline above Bellybutton, it could be due to Gastritis. I prescribe proton pump inhibitor like Rabeprazole 20mg to my patients with these complaints.
Pan in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen could be due to Gallbladder stones.
Ultrasound abdomen will give a clue.
Please consult your doctor and get an Ultrasound abdomen.
