Question : Thank you for seeing how it went. I followed your recommendations for icing my arm. I have seen improvement. I still don't have full range of motion or quick movement back without pain. MRI's are not an expense I can take with no medical insurance.

Am so sorry to hear about this pain and limitation in the range of motion. with decreased pain, I will now recommend graded intensity of targeted physiotherapy. This will lead to a gradual increase in the range of motion. Please, refrain from any aggressive measures to drastically increase this in a short time as this is more of a gradual process in regaining the full functionality of these joints.
