Now that we observe there is swelling on his left hand wrist.. Also, he has been complaining about severe pain on his right hand but no swelling and shoulder pain. is the swelling on left hand wrist due to medicine or is it a symptom to contact the doctor immediately? Also, he is complaining of lack of sleep.

Symptoms will subside with time
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir/ Madam.
I can certainly understand your concerns.
I apologize for the delayed response owing to my work schedule.
I have worked through your query in detail.
These issues which you mentioned are not related to medication side effects.
They are common after angioplasty.
The swelling and pain will subside with time.
Sleep can be improved with short course of anxiolytic sedative drugs.
I prescribe oral tablets of Alprazolam to my patients with such conditions.
Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe the medication(s)to you.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
