                                    Brief Answer:
This is called intercourse related migraine
Detailed Answer:
Hi, I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible intercourse related migraine.
This is a common problem.
I suggest trying tab indomethacin.
Take it half hour prior to planned intercourse.
And you should be fine , or not have that severe a headache.
If this doesn't help, test a CT brain with angiography.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal

Intercourse related migraine
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I told you it is intercourse related migraine.
unfortunately , there is no confirmed theory behind why migraine happens.
So if you thinking on the lines of cholesterol, bp, etc,,it's not because of those conditions.
I hope that helps.
Best of luck.
