                                    Brief Answer:
Could be related to issues in your spine or hip joint.
Detailed Answer:
hi,
thanks for your question.
the pain in your leg could be emanating from your lower back or your hip. a thorough physical assessment by your doctor could help locate the source of the pain as well as X-rays of your lumbar spine and hip joint.
if you could describe the pain in more detail and whether is is associated with any weakness or numbness in your leg this might help with the diagnosis.
best wishes

                                    Brief Answer:
Nerve root compression / sciatica
Detailed Answer:
thanks for your follow up question.
you symptoms may be secondary to nerve root compression I.e a nerve being squashed in your spine.
this can be confirmed by an mri of your lumbar spine. surgery can be useful to decompress the nerve root.
