Hello

Thanks for the query

Severe pain in the center of the abdomen is most commonly acute gastritis however considering your age a close differential diagnosis is myocardial infarction ( heart attack).
Here is how you should go about it

1. Please approach the ER as soon as possible
2. Watch out for increase in pain and sweating
3. Do not exert, climb stairs
4. Try to be nil by mouth until you reach the ER
5. Get yourself driven to the ER, dont try driving yourself
