Question : Hi Doctor! Ive had an annoying pain in my back and abdominal even like what feels like a spasm please tell me whats going on.

Difficult to tell what the exact cause is without further e=information and examination. However, take Tylenol for relief. If this fails, the see your doctor for examination and testing.

I went to my doctor he says its gastritis and i had blood wotk and ekg.

I am happy to know you got to see your doctor and a diagnosis was made. With gastritis as the leading diagnosis, omeprazole is a good drug. If your doctor already prescribed something, stick to it and report the progress to me. If he didn’t, then take omperazole 20mg capsules daily for relief.
