Question : please answer my 2nd question about middle back pain and burning hands and severe pain shooting up to left shoulder!!!!!!!!

The middle back pain and burning hands with shooting pain to the left shoulder is likely to be a nerve related pain. Can be due to a mild nerve root irritation at the level of cervical spine or due to shoulder tendonitis.
A direct examination and MRI scan will help in proper diagnosis. You can get Vitamin B 12 supplements and medicines like pregabalin and gabapentin prescribed from your orthopedician. Regular exercises of the neck and shoulder will help in stopping further progression of the problem.
