Brief Answer:
Clinical evaluation, rule out internal problems hence exam by a Doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history.
Since your history is classical of the trauma: (It started yesterday afternoon when i pushed my knee into that area of my stomach when standing up and is now happening every time i move in a certain way.) and the location you have explained, this looks to be a trauma to the lower ribs and the muscles coming from them. This is the reason why you are getting the pain on movement and no pain when you are still.

I would advise you the following in such a case:
- I am sure you can check yourself by putting a pressure on the area and see if the pain increases; if yes, this may be a local problem.
- The best way is to get a clinical evaluation by a Doctor to confirm the diagnosis.
- Get proper anti-inflammatory medicines like Ibuprofen and muscle relaxants in proper dosages and duration after food with PPI.
- You may please apply rubrafacient liniments locally (gives warmth and relaxation to the muscles.
- Ultrasonography to rule out any internal problems and also see the abdominal wall swelling.
- Avoid all such movements that can instigate or enhance the pain.
- Take full best rest.
- Laxatives if you develop constipation.

I hope this should help you to find a proper diagnosis and get a proper treatment and cure.
