Brief Answer:
Yes should do more investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

As you previously had metastatic cancer and now PET shows several new areas, first we should rule out progression of disease. Other symptoms like hip pain, knee pain, feet swelling also raise suspicion of the same.

Bleeding from stool may be due to radiation damage, if that area was irradiated ever.

But I strongly feel that we should get biopsies done from PET scan positive site/sites to establish of disease has really progressed or not. If you can upload a copy of PET scan report I can guide you better.

Hope this helps.
Regards

I am attaching last CT MRI AND PET because areas were not noted on pet however the ares are never noted before these and I've never had any kind of treatment and nothing has gotten better only worse Allsop one of the exams said last radiation treatment was 3 mo prior however it was actually a year prior last radiation was 10/14 and chemo 9/14
