Brief Answer:
Needs investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood that you have pain in lower left abdomen, started after flu 3 weeks ago.
No other symptoms other than severe pain, no tenderness on pushing, no other issue at all.

Please give additional information so that I can assist you further:
Any factors that increase the pain?
This can be like bending, coughing or so

Since the pain is in the lower left abdomen without any other symptoms and started after flu after 3 weeks, I think you need a few investigations:
Particularly the MRI of the thoraco-lumbar spine to see for any disc or such thing that is compressing on the cord or the nerve root emerging and supplying the area of pain.
- CT scan of the abdomen to rule out any retroperitoneal structures being affected like the lymph nodes, vessels (aneurysm) and so on.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to discuss further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
