Brief Answer:
There doesn't seem to be anything to worry .

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing back,
Location of your pain and it's extent plus answers which you gave in your last response , have made me to come to the opinion that this pain is musculo skeletal in nature, probably a strain or a bad posture while walking or putting pressure on the left lower leg would have caused it.

May main concern when you asked the question was a blocked artery or thrombosed vein but according to your response the location doesn't correspond to that diagnosis plus

This pain can be relieved by following some simple steps.

1) Take good rest.
2) You can take Advil but if it didn't help you then you I would have recommended a muscle relaxant like Tizanidine 4mg to you if you were my patient.
3) Warm compresses will relieve the spasm.
4) Rub Brufen or Voren Gel over it 6 hourly.
5) Wrap crepe bandage around it.

I don't think there is any reason to get anxious everything should be fine in a couple of days, if things keep getting worse of it doesn't get better in 3 days, do consult a doctor for more detailed exam and prescription pain meds.

Stay blessed.

I am always there in case of any question you might be having.
