Brief Answer:
Due to nerve irritation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The electric pain on the lower leg that you have can be due to a mild nerve root irritation due to spondylottic changes in your lower spine. An MRI scan of the spine will help in proper diagnosis.
This seems to be postural in nature. Doing regular back strengthening exercises will help in decreasing the symptoms. taking methylcobalamin supplements can help you but it is best to start these only after consulting a neurologist.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
