What Causes Severe Pain In Right Side Of Penis And Testicles?

Question: what would cause an annoying ache just above the right side of my penis? right testicle aches sometimes also. Neither are a constant pain just come and go through the day.

Could be due to infectionof the spermatic cord (Funicullitis)

thanks for query ,
the pain on rt side of penis and Rt testicle could be mostly due to inflammation of Spermatic cord (funicullitis).

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and Culture
2) ultrasound scanning of Scrotum

In the mean while take antibiotic like Cefixime and anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .

further treatment will depend upon the results of these tests and final diagnosis.

What would cause this and what would be involved in getting rid of infection? Just antibiotics?

Thanks for follow up .The infection of spermatic cord usually occurs due to UTI or after sex .The antibiotics and anti inflammatory medications will resolve the problem
