Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have read your query.
testicular pain can be due to inguinal hernia or hydrocele.
Acute sudden pain can also be due to testicular torsion.
I will advise you to consult your treating doctor or general MD doctor for clinical examination and further investigation.
Till time take anti inflammatory drug.
I hope I have answered your questions. If you have further questions please feel free to contact us. I will be happy to answer. Take care.
