What Causes Severe Pain In Shoulder And Arm Area?

Suspecting age-related issues as trauma may be ruled out
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. First of all, a belated Happy New Year to you sir.
Now coming to your complaint, many of my patients are aged 50 years and above and report to me not due to a fall or some trauma but due to pain that gradually started and got worse. The most likely cause are the impacts that age have on our body, and in this case our bones.
Before assuming anything further, I would urge you to get an x-ray of your hip and pelvis along with one of your shoulder region. I doubt your shoulder pain could be due to an abnormality of the skeletal structure and is more of a muscle/tendon/ligament issue.
In my opinion, as there is no sign or evidence of physical trauma (as mentioned by you sir, absence of swelling or bruising), there could be an issue that is age-related. Please get x-rays conducted and visit an orthopedician or write back to me once those x-rays have been conducted. You can attach images of those x-rays to our conversation for my evaluation sir.
I hope you find my response helpful. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.
Best wishes.
