Question : Suffering pain in right testes since last six months pain was went away for 2 months and now reverse KUB shows dephrostic calcification in right kidney and Scrotum USG AND DROPPER SHOWS MILD HYDROCELE IN RIGHT TESTES SPINE MRI DONE NOTHING IS THERE NOW CBC EAR DONE SHOWS EOSINPHIL 20 AND ESR 30 ON HETRAZEN 100 THREE DOSES ON 2 TAB SINCE LAST 7 DAYS STILL PAIN IS THERE THE PAIN IS MOVING ROUND RIGHT THIGH AND DOWN TO FEET AND AND LOWER BACK

You need to take medications for long time.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have infection of the Right Testis(Orchitis)or Spermatic cord (Funiculitis).

The pain radiating down to thigh is a referred pain along the distribution of Genito Femoral Nerve.

Your all the reports are normal except raised Eosinophil count suggestive of mostly Filarial infection
..
Your Dr has rightly prescribed you Hetrazan .

Please note that it takes long time for Orchitis to get cured completely hence one has to take medications at least for 5-6 weeks.

Please take antibiotics like Doxicycline and anti inflammatory medicine like Diclofenac twice daily in addition to Hetrazan.

HI sir
as I already mentioned in my profile I m allergic to most of the antibiotic which directly effect my genital area and same take 15 days to heal with the help of wysolone 10mg doses
sir in m my case doxicycline is safe please advice or please priscribe me any antiallergic along with the doxicycline
