Brief Answer:
Anti inflammatory.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query,
Firstly i am sorry for your condition.
Have gone through your details and i appreciate your concerns.

See pain is very common after procedure done for bladder stone.
However in case it is unbearable you can get shots of diclofenac injection i/v daily for symptomatic relief.
As there is history of severe trauma(car accident) its advisable to take anti inflammatory pain killers like diclofenac in combination of serratopeptidase for few days.

I can very well understand the level of your agony but we have only painkillers which can help you right now.

Thanks.

2 days ago I used a supository and the next night,so things seam to be hurting, less, got the shit out of there had 4 big ones and that seemed to clean me out twice a day things seam noermal. How do they blast the stones from the outside? and the camara on the inside to see if the stones are small enough to pass through this gigantic catheter tube and how long do I wear it,nobody has told me about the procedure, had kidney stones to but didn't have as big a catheter tube. They put something in me for kidneys but dont beleive i recall anything removed? I would apptreciate telling me how they did it.They didn't offer anything for paian I get 1ml of delootta every3 hrs for the MC accident and that didn't put a dent in the pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for query.

Lithotripsy is a procedure that uses shock waves to break up stones in the kidney, bladder, or ureter (tube that carries urine from your kidneys to your bladder). After the procedure, the tiny pieces of stones pass out of your body in your urine. You can't see those waves but they strike the stone inside at a frequency which can crush it..They resonates the stone at its natural frequency causing it to break. You may have pain and nausea when the stone pieces pass. This can happen soon after treatment and may last for 4 to 8 weeks.
So depending on your body and X ray images you may need to use cathetar for about 4-8 weeks till all crushed stone fragment moves out.
Pain annd nausea can all occur during this period however pain killers and anti emetics can be taken for symptomatic relief

Regards
