Question : I have he of migraines and take imitrex prn. I have occasional eye pain that has been getting worse today it was inboth eyes. I saw my neuro Wednesday. I did not mention it to my him because I did not connect it to migraine until today. I recently saw my opthmalogist and was dilated and had a clean exam.

Hi,

Eye pain is part of the symptom complex of migraine.

You should take Imitrex extra dose if it doesn't help. The XXXXXXX dose of Sumatriptan (Imitrex).

I suggest my patients Imitrex plus Naprosyn in such situations than Advil.
