Question : severe bone pain and joints, sharp shocking at the base of my neck fever, no respiritory isssues
otc pain relivers are not helping, major sweating

I am sorry for the health situation you are going through.

Your symptoms:
- severe bones, joints pain
- major sweating
- no respiratory problems
- pain killers not working

are suggestive of possible infectious disease like Lyme disease.
Get back to your primary doctor and ask to get tested for Lyme disease and a complete blood tests.

If pain will not get improved, should get back to ER, opiods might be started hoping they will help subside the pain.
