What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Right Abdomen?

What could that mean?
Also they said I have leukocytosis??

Detailed Answer:
Hello -
Green colored stool can be from eating green foods, especially leafy greens, but it can also happen when food is moving through the digestive tract too fast, as with diarrhea. In that case, there isn't time for the bile pigments to be broken down, so the stool looks green. If they gave you contrast when you had your CT, or other medicine, that can cause the green color some times too.
I wouldn't make much of it being green if it only happens once or twice.
Leukocytosis means you had more white blood cells than normal. It may mean that you had or have an infection. So it's possible your abdominal pain was due to an infection, perhaps in your bowels.
Depending on how high the white blood cell count was (and which white cells were high in number), you may need to follow up with a repeat CBC to make sure it has come down.

Detailed Answer:
A high white blood cell count is non-specific. It can be from any infection or inflammation.
If they did a pelvic exam and thought the pain was pelvic in origin, then there is the possibility that it is pelvic inflammatory disorder which is usually from an STD.
Pain in the lower right, if not from appendicitis, can be ovulatory pain too. If the maximal pain was approximately 2 weeks before you expect your period, then it could be from ovulation.
Pain from STDs are often accompanied by an abnormal discharge, usually with an odor.
Usually STD cause of pain doesn't gradually get better. That's why it is more likely due to either a bowel problem or ovulation.
Were you only seen by a nurse, or did a doctor see you too? Because I've found that Physicians Assistants and Nurse Practitioners are often limited in their ability to generate a differential diagnosis. She might have seen "high white count plus pelvic pain alway means STD". It can, but there are other possibilities too.

Information
Detailed Answer:
To the right of your navel is too high for PID from STDs. To the right of your navel would more likely be a gastrointestinal cause.
If you are feeling progressively better then it will likely resolve on it's own.
If the white blood cell count was considerably elevated, then check in with your doctor in a couple of weeks for a repeat CBC to make sure that it went down.
