Question : I did forget to mention that I am in excruciating pain in my lower abdomen and extreme pain on my right side closer to the lower abdomen

Thanks for your feedback.

This indicates that the pain can be in the site of bleeding or can be due to blood clot being pushed by intestine causing spasm .

It needs Colonoscopy as well as CT scan of abdomen.
