Question : Hi,
My wife feels a sharp pain in the pointed area. If she puts some pressure, her right maxillary feels severe pain and the head too. At times, she feels extreme pain on head, that only gets reduced on using Tolfenamic Acid.
Could this be an infection? Any suggestive antibiotic?

Brief Answer:
Sinusitis or upper respiratory infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
With what you described it looks to be two possibilities now.
Sinusitis alone or accompanied by pharyngitis.
I do not recommend antibiotics without fever, General weakness or body pains.
I suggest betadine mouth gargling three times a day.
Tab Cheston Cold. Tab Brufen.
Rest and increase fluids.
If this doesn't help in 48 hrs you can go for an antibiotic.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
