Question : I have been in severe pain at times with neck,shoulder, upper arms, wrists and jaws. Both sides. And my back hips, both sides,? Almost identical. It hurts so bad , better upon rising, continually gets wore.some days my Achilles' tendons are very tight and painful. Exhausted. Easily exhausted. Thoughts?

I have read your query.

Symptoms you are explaining may be due to many reasons like gout, rheumatoid arthritis etc.

If I am your treating doctor I would like to advise you serum uric acid levels, serum RA factor, ESR, CRP and send me the report.

Till then keep on taking medication which you are already taking.

Avoid high protein diet, citrus fruits.

Have a lot of water.

You must discuss all this with your treating doctor.
