Brief Answer:
Use laxative.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for chiosing HealthcareMagic for your query.

As per your query most likely you are having sprain in thigh or due to your troubled bowels overstraining while defecating has caused muscle sprain.
You have not mentioned if you are constipated or not but in case you are you should take a laxative like lactulose to pass stools easily.
Don't try to strain yourself while defecating.
Taking a laxative as and when required will make your bowel soft and easy to pass.
As of now for muscle sprain apply locally gel containing Diclofenac twice daily over the muscle sprained.
Ultrracet(Acetaaminophen and Tramadol) can be taken for two days to provide symptomatic relief.
Take complete rest for 2-3 days.

Regards.
