Question : Yes, I work twelve hours a day lately having a lot of pain in my grone area and when get home to shower can barely stand to shower. I've notice that my right side ball is up in side me. I have a lot of pain in my right leg

Hi,

This pain could be related to the surgery last year or a problem with the testicles. It is difficult to pinpoint what the exact cause is without examination at this time.

I will suggest that you get examined by your doctor for appropriate diagnosis and comprehensive management.

At this time, we can manage your pain. I will recommend some rest, Tylenol: 1000mg at most thrice daily. If these measures fail, I recommend that you add Ibuprofen 400mg thrice daily.
