Question : At night my toes on my right foot hurt a little bit. I do have a bunion on my big toe but that hasn't hurt in years.

Usually bunion can get infected and cause pain.

Apply ice. Keep limb elevated. Avoid using tight footwear.

Keep well hydrated. Take Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day after food for 2-3 days.
