I read your question and i understand your concern. Pain in back on both the side with headache and dark urine should be evaluated for multiple causes. Renal functions, urine routine exam and abdominal ultrasound to rule out any renal involvement, pancreas or gallbladder involvement. Suspicion of gastric discomfort like gastritis should also be considered.
It could be a simple back pain musculoskeletal in nature likely to relieve with some pain killers and muscle relaxants and headache be a separate entity. Dark urine may be dehydration or inadequate fluids intake.
