Possible compressive spine disease
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Many of your symptoms point to compressive spine disease Bor sciatica which is causing pain in the upper parts of lower limbs.
It's advisable to get an MRI scan of the spine at the earliest to confirm the changes and determine further course of action.
Further management if any is largely based on test results.
Meanwhile, I would like to prescribe a few medications to improve your symptoms.
I generally prescribe oral medications like Pregabalin, Tramadol and Methylcobalamin to my patients with such symptoms. Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications and tests to you.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards,
Dr. Suresh Heijebu, General & Family Physician
