Question : The pain is unbareable at times, when I try to sit in a restaurant in any chair, over 10 min then I get this feeling like bone is twisting on top of my upper leg, gets hard to get up or sit there, it's very excruciating. Don't know what to do. I
have had x-rays for osteoporosis on legs in past year and no one says there is anything wrong, could I have some other things wrong, it's very hard to have pain.

Brief Answer:
Possible compressive spine disease

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Many of your symptoms point to compressive spine disease Bor sciatica which is causing pain in the upper parts of lower limbs.

It's advisable to get an MRI scan of the spine at the earliest to confirm the changes and determine further course of action.

Further management if any is largely based on test results.

Meanwhile, I would like to prescribe a few medications to improve your symptoms.

I generally prescribe oral medications like Pregabalin, Tramadol and Methylcobalamin to my patients with such symptoms. Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications and tests to you.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards,
