Question : hello doctor, I am having severe pain in my throat and a runny nose. not having fever. I don't have any allergies. not taking any medicines presently. pls advice what medicine should I take.

You are suffering from an Upper Respiratory Tract Infection.
I advise following in such scenario:
1. To take antibiotic like Azithromycin.
2. To take anti Allergic like Levocetrizine.
3. To take Paracetamol when ever you get fever.
4. To do steam inhalation at least every 6 hours.
5. To do warm saline gargles or betadine gargles.
