What Causes Severe Pain On Both Side, Nausea And Vomiting?

Gall bladder disease and pancreatitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
With the best tests like Endoscope ruling out any thing organic in the gut it is something which should not be worrisome.
It is also bettter to get an Ultrasound and urine routine as well. If it does not find anything significant it is better to get contrast CT scan of the abdomen as well. Urinary tract infection can also sometimes present as abdominal pain and vomiting with no symptoms of urine urgency, burning and fever.
It is important to rule out all the possible causes of intense vomiting including biliary duct disease and pancreatitis which are noticeable on CT scan.
Endoscope is not the best test test for pancreatic body and gall bladder problems. Hence it is worthwhile with Ultrasound and CT scan.
If everything is normal on U/S and CT, then rarer entities like Cyclical vomiting or Abdominal migraine should be thought about.
