You may be suffering from osteoarthritis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
I concluded that You may be suffering from osteoarthritis both knees, as you are having severe pain, very difficult to kneel and walk normally and your knee movements are restricted.
However it needs to be confirmed by x-ray both knee AP VIEW IN STANDING.
Sometimes there is vitamin D 3 deficiency which add to pain, so serum vitamin D need to be checked.
I provisionally treat my patients coming to me by analgesics such as diclofenac slow release tablets,Diacerine ,glucosamine sulfate and vitaminD3(if low). You can discuss with your treating Doctor.
One other note, both feet seem to be swollen at all times, is a separate issue , needs physician consultation.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
