Question : My mother is suffering from very high pain on right legs, from hips till toe from last 6 months.We have visited a lot of doctors from long time and most of them
prescribed to get her operated. I am attaching my mothers MRI reports and X-ray reports.

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and various reports and understand your concern.I think your mother is likely to be get benefitted by operation as there is definitely compressing cyst in MRI report at L4-L 5 level on right side and there is also severe pain on right leg from hip to toe. Both are correlating so likely to be get benefitted by operation. It is indication for operation. Till then analgesics such as ibuprofen and Mecobalamine is helpful. If pain is not relieved by ibuprofen then strong analgesic such as tramadol can be of help. You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Physiotherpy has no role. I think there is no other method. Only analgesics will be of help in reducing pain. I has no knowledge of doctors of XXXXXXX area. I think neurosurgeon will be best doctor to get her operated.
