Question: I have a severe pain under my right breast when moving certain ways. For instance even twisting to put on my seat belt in the car. It is almost like it locks..if that makes sense but it does seem to be getting worse.

Brief Answer:
likely soft tissue injury

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The fact that the pain occurs with specific movement implies that it is more likely related to soft tissue (muscles and tendons).
If there is a history of trauma to the chest then it is also possible that the bones may also be involved.

Using an anti inflammatory pain killer, if there is no history of allergies, may help.

This includes medications such as naproxen, cataflam, ibuprofen.

In addition, application of a warm compress to the area, to improve blood supply and encourage healing, may also help.

If possible restrict any aggravating movement for now.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
