Question : There's like a pulse below my left eye and it's moving visably . not painful, just annoying and noticeable. what could this mean? I'm concerned. thanks XXXX

I understand your concern. The pulsation or twitching under the eye is an involuntary muscle spasm that usually resolves on its own. Usually it is due to lack of sleep, tiredness, stress or caffeine, so you may need to correct these possible causes for the eye twitching to stop.
This is a harmless condition and is your body's message to you to get some rest and lay off caffeine.
