Brief Answer:
Possible causes explained

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible nerve issue.
The nerve may be compressed along its tract , possibly at the neck.
Since the arm and chest have same nerve supply it confuses brain to perceive it as what you feel. It's called referred pain.
I think I can suggest that you get a MRI cervical screening with NCV of the arm. Since it is a cardiac issue also , getting ekg is also a good idea..
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
